One departure only: This End of an Era, 16-day tour of the eastern coast of Ellesmere Island and northern Greenland will never be repeated. Prices are per person, based on your chosen cabin category. Group aerial sightseeing is included in the rate. Trip extensions and flights to and from the staging points are available.

When you book the Ellesmere Island and Greenland Expedition, you can add a flight to and from your hometown. You can extend your stay before or after the cruise. Or we can add extra nights at the staging point, if you wish to arrive a day or two early.
When you book your expedition indicate on the reservation form the additional services you would like to - flights, trip extensions or extra hotel nights.

This expedition includes
- 1 night pre-expedition hotel accommodation in Ottawa, Canada with breakfast.
- 1 night post-expedition hotel accommodation in Ottawa, Canada with breakfast.
- Group transfer from the Ottawa hotel to the airport on Day 2 of the itinerary.
- Group transfer from Resolute airport to the ship on Day 2 of the itinerary.
- Shipboard accommodation with housekeeping.
- Shipboard breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
- Shore landings per the program delivered on the ship each day.
- All group transfers by helicopter and group sightseeing according to the daily program.
- Professional Expedition Leadership.
- All Zodiac excursions and transfers.
- Formal and informal educational presentations by the Expedition Team.
- Photographic Journal on DVD, documenting the voyage.
- The loan of a pair of waterproof boots for the duration of the voyage.

This expedition excludes
- Any airfare.
- Mandatory return charter flight from Ottawa to Resolute - cost per person $1,650.
- Helicopter flying time in excess of that offered for the group.
- Passport and visa expenses.
- Government arrival and departure taxes.
- Meals ashore, other than the breakfasts included with the hotel accommodation.
- Baggage, cancellation and medical travel insurance.
- Excess baggage charges.
- Laundry, bar, beverage and other personal charges.
- Telecommunication charges.
- Gratuities at the end of the voyage for ship's crew, Hospitality and Expedition Team members.
