Essential Extras - Three Arctic Islands: Iceland, Greenland, Spitsbergen
In year's past, adventure travelers were on their own in booking what we call "essential extras" to expedition travel. Thankfully, those days are over. Our Polar Travel Advisers can book your entire trip, door to door, with lots of friendly advice along the way.
Sea-kayaking Adventure Option
Ramp up the adventure quotient of your Arctic adventure by adding a sea-kayaking option to our tour! To participate, you must be experienced in the 'wet exit' technique. Ask us how we can arrange for you to practice this technique in Longyearbyen or Reykjavik.
Flights to and from your hometown
Our Polar Travel Advisers know and understand the unique logistics of your departure city, no matter where you live. Advisers can help choose your airline, flight times and seat class. They'll book it all in one step, so you'll have nothing to worry about.
Hotel stay in Longyearbyen or Reykjavik
Your Arctic adventure ends in either Longyearbyen, Spitsbergen or Reykjavik, Iceland and from there you're free to fly home or extend your trip. If you start your trip in Reykjavik, a complimentary hotel night is included the day before embarkation. Ask your Polar Travel Adviser for details.
Extend Your Stay
Want to stay longer, or arrive earlier? Trip extensions are a great way to leverage your vacation investment, and beat jet-lag either before or after your cruise. Contact our Polar Travel Advisers via email, live chat, or phone (1.888.892.0334 or +1.802.735.1536) for seamless, worry-free booking of all trip extensions.
