Essential Extras - For Your North Pole Expedition
In years past, adventure travelers were on their own in booking what we call "essential extras" to expedition travel. Thankfully, those days are over. Your Polar Travel Advisor can now book your entire trip, door to door, with lots of friendly advice along the way.
Flights to and from your hometown
Our Polar Travel Advisors know and understand the unique logisitcs of your departure city, no matter where you live. They can help choose your airline, fight times and seat class. They'll book it all in one step, so you'll have nothing to worry about.
What are "mandatory" charter flights?
Some expeditions require "mandatory" charter or group flights to and from the cruise staging points. Your North Pole expedition requires flights from Helsinki, Finland, to Murmansk, Russia and back. The combined cost for these two charter flights is USD$1,680 per person. We will reserve these when you book your expedition cruise.
Extend your stay before or after your cruise
Trip extensions are a great way to leverage your vacation investment and to beat jet lag, either before or after your cruise. Our Polar Travel Advisors aer happy to help arrange your extended stay. Contact us via email, live chat, or phone (1-888-892-0334 or +1-802-735-1536) for seamless, worry-free booking of all trip extensions.
