Russians & Finns talking New Icebreaker

Officials of Russia and Finland have inked an agreement of cooperation that suggests the two countries might invest in a new icebreaker. Khlebnikov was built in Finland, and driven in Russia. I think of the combination like a Formula 1 team. Ferrari builds the car and Schumacher drives it - and magic happens.
