Middle of the Night Landing and Walruses

24 hours of daylight can be an advantage. Jan woke us up at 0130 for our first landing in Franz Josef Land at Cape Fligiley on Rudolf Island. We didn't have to worry about darkness obstructing our landing, only the fog.
