Wildlife Photographer of the Year’ Winners Featured At Royal Ontario Museum in Exhibition Presented By Quark Expeditions®
Three Canadians Take Top Prizes Among 42,000 Entries in International ‘WPY’ Competition
[Seattle, WA] – Quark Expeditions®, the world's leading polar expedition company, is pleased be the presenting sponsor of the 2015 Wildlife Photographer of the Year (WPY) exhibition at the Royal Ontario Museum (ROM) beginning November 20, 2015 to March 21, 2016.
The WPY is the longest-running and most prestigious nature photography competition in the world and premiering at the Natural History Museum in London before embarking on a world tour. Now in its 51st year, and third year at the ROM, the Wildlife Photographer of the Year competition attracts tens of thousands of submissions by photographers from around the world every year and celebrates nature, wildlife and the very best in nature photography through 100 breathtaking photos.
Quark Expeditions® extends our congratulations to the winners of the 2015 WPY competition. Don Gutoski, the competition’s overall winner and one of three Canadians taking top prizes, will appear at the ROM on January 26, 2016 to conduct a lecture and an exclusive appearance at the ROM as part of the WPY tour.

As part of the Quark Expeditions sponsorship, Photographers of all levels and visitors to the ROM are invited to submit their own photographs to the ROM’s Wildlife Photographer of the year contest, for their chance to win a Quark Greenland to Canada: Inuit, Icebergs, and Wildlife 13 day expedition for two (2), a grand prize valued at over $20,000 USD.
