Manager, Passenger Operations
Floret was first introduced to expedition cruising in 1984 with the first-ever passenger transit to the Northwest Passage from west to east which was a big success. From this point on, it was a thrill to be involved with so many expeditions to the Arctic and Antarctica. As Manager, Passenger Operations, Floret is responsible for arranging all group transfers, group hotel and charter. She finds it very rewarding to see so many of Quark’s past passengers return again – season after season – to experience our new trips.
