Hi Everyone,

I am a Canadian photographer and I recently (Dec. 2010) returned from an expedition to Antarctica, South Georgia and the Falkland Islands - it was the "Explorers Quest" from Quark. It was an amazing trip. Actually, that is an understatement.

When I was planning our trip, I found a lot of useful travel and photography information - and I would like to share it with you, along with my experience with what worked, and what did not. I have written a 25 part series on the whole experience - I just thought it might help someone out who is planning a voyage to this part of the world.

A Recreational Vehicle (RV) is a vehicle that combines transportation and temporary living quarters for travel, recreation and camping.

There are two main categories: Towable and Motorized RVs

- Towable Recreational Vehicles (Towable RVs) are those that must be mounted on or towed by another vehicle to be moved from place to place.
- Motorized Recreational Vehicles (Motorized RVs) , sometimes named as motorhomes, are vehicles designed as temporary living quarters for recreational camping, travel or seasonal use that are built on a motorized chassis.

When you plan out your travel you should consider going for a destination that suits your taste. Some destinations offer fun environment such as Las Vegas which is quite romantic also you could even get married in Las Vegas.
