Francesco Contini, Vice President,
Marketing & Group Sales

Francesco is responsible for the strategic development of Quark Expeditions' product line up. He also leads the Marketing Team that is responsible for the production of all marketing material for the Company.

Following a career in the wine industry in his native Italy, Francesco started marketing polar adventure programs in 1996. After performing a number of sales and marketing roles in the polar expeditions industry, he became Marketing Director for The World Cruise Company. Prior to joining Quark Expeditions, Francesco was General Manager of weekendtrips.com, a boutique travel company specializing in weekend getaways.

Francesco graduated cum laude from Toronto's York University and completed post-graduate marketing training at the University of Toronto.
