Floret Lyew,
Manager, Passenger Operations

Floret began her long career in the travel business immediately after High School. She trained at a resort hotel, eventually becoming Reservations Manager. She moved from hotels to tour operation, spending 8 years with a company that specialized in the Caribbean, Central and South America. In the early 1980's she was involved with reservations for one of the first expedition ships to Antarctica.

Floret's career with Quark Expeditions has been full of new exciting new experiences. As Passenger Operations Manager she has participated in many firsts, starting with the first ever transit of the Northwest Passage by an expedition ship, then the North Pole, the Northeast Passage and a circumnavigation of both the Antarctic and Arctic.
