Jan Bryde

Jan has been working on expedition vessels since 1988. He traveled to more than 115 countries, including the remote wilderness areas of the Amazon and Orinoco. He has extensive experience in the Arctic from Russia's Far East through the Northwest Passage to the North Pole.

Jan has participated in more than 35 expeditions to Antarctica. In 2001, he sailed half-way around the continent.

Jan is Assistant Expedition Leader for our North Pole voyages in the summer of 2008.
