Someone has to stay at home, making sure everything is running according to plan. Our operations team works with ship owners, officers and crew to maintain the quality of our vessels and passenger experience; manages our Expedition Team, assigning our talented staff to itineraries and ships; purchases and maintains the expedition equipment required for your voyage; and works permitting authorities and communities to coordinate shore excursions.
