About Laura Guignot
Born and raised in France, I hold a Master's degree in Archeology & Art History and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). I have worked for the National Museum of Natural History of Paris in project management before packing my backpack to discover the world, traveling through more than 40 countries. I settled down in Canada, New Zealand and Australia, where I started to work in tourism while conducting my own adventure and travel projects. I now call Toronto home and I joined the sales team at Quark in 2017. On the side of my sales roles, as an adviser and a BDR, I coordinate the French program. I also joined the expedition team and the field as Translator & Linguist on board in 2017 and 2018 for a few expeditions.
I am passionate by polar regions and environmental issues. My favorite hobbies when travelling are hiking and water sports, especially kayaking and snorkeling. When I am not busy advising people on their travels in the polar regions, you can find me camping around the lakes region north of Toronto.
