About Keith Riley
Hailing from New Zealand, Keith has dedicated a major part of his life to climbing mountains and paddling rivers around the world. This enthusiasm for adventure has inadvertently led to a career in guiding and instructing in the outdoors. He works throughout New Zealand, helping people develop the skills to operate in the adventure tourism industry or the search and rescue field.
A serial renovator, Keith enjoys turning derelict houses into functional dwellings. He lives in Hokitika with his wife, Jo, and their young daughters, Maani and Nemah. Trampolining, gymnastics, skate parks and canoe trips fill the family schedule.
Keith works on Ocean Endeavour’s skiing and climbing program. He gets great satisfaction enabling people to see more of Antarctica through adventures on skis or crampons.
