BOOK ARCTIC 2026 VOYAGES

Quark Expeditions (“Quark”) is pleased to offer eligible guests who book an Arctic 2026 voyage between 6^th May 2026 and 31^st May 2026, a last‑minute flight credit of £1,250 GBP per person (or equivalent value in other applicable currencies). 

The flight credit is redeemable across all cabin categories and is based on cabin availability at the time of booking. This offer is combinable with all in‑market promotional and Shackleton club offers unless otherwise specified. It is not combinable with any other special offers. 

The flight credit has no cash value. The credit is not applicable to transfer packages, adventure options, additional hotel accommodations, pre‑ or post‑voyage tours, insurance, flights booked independently, or group bookings. Name changes are not permitted on bookings utilizing this promotion. The flight credit is non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the original ticketed passenger. Quark Expeditions reserves the right to modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue this promotion at any time without prior notice. 

Quark Expeditions (“Quark”) is pleased to offer eligible guests who book an Arctic 2026 voyage between 6^th May 2026 and 31^st May 2026 the ability to cancel their booking and receive a Future Travel Credit equal to the full amount paid, redeemable on any future Arctic 2026 or Arctic 2027 voyage (“Free Rebooking Offer”). 

To be eligible for this offer, the booking must be made between 4^th May 2026 and 31^st May 2026. Guests who wish to cancel must do so no later than 15 days prior to their scheduled departure date. Cancellation requests received within 14 days or fewer of departure will not qualify for a Future Travel Credit under this offer. 

Upon a qualifying cancellation, guests will receive a Future Travel Credit equal to the total amount paid for their booking at the time of cancellation. The Future Travel Credit may be applied toward any Arctic 2026 or Arctic 2027 voyage operated by Quark Expeditions. The credit is valid for bookings made within 90 days of the original departure date. 

The Free Rebooking Offer is redeemable on all cabin categories, subject to availability at the time of rebooking. Not applicable to transfer packages, adventure options, additional hotel accommodations, pre/post tours, insurance, flights, or group bookings. Future Travel Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may only be redeemed by the original ticketed passenger.
