Marketing

Quark Expeditions, the global leader in polar adventure travel, is looking for an Email & Marketing Automation Specialist with experience developing targeted and paid email campaigns as well as personalized, automated nurture programs to join our team.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for owning the strategy, execution and measurement of email communications. You’ll utilize marketing automation to implement segmentation strategies that elevate our brand and personalize the customer experience across each stage of the buyer journey. Your focus will be customer acquisition, retention and post-sale communications for our B2C & B2B channels.

Operations

Job Description

Quark Expeditions is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, personable candidate who is looking to combine a love of adventure travel and retail, and work with the Merchandise Team to support our online sales and prepare product to ship to our vessels. The position will be based at our Toronto office as part of our Operations Team.

Sales

Quark Expeditions is looking for a tenured, dynamic, travel industry professional, with experience working with wholesalers, tour operators, and retailers to lead profitable sales growth through the travel channels. This position will be based at Quark's office in midtown Toronto. The position is responsible for managing and exponentially growing the sales through travel channels within the Asia Pacific, including Australia and Japan (excludes China). The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a strong ability to build relationship and understand opportunities for future revenue growth in the indirect channels. The role reports to the Global Partnership Director.
