Free Charter Flight and Hotel Package Terms and Conditions: Offer valid for new bookings from January 6th to March 31st, 2025. Applies to all cabins on select voyages in the Arctic 2025 and Antarctic 2025-2026 seasons only. Discount is applied to the charter flight and hotel package. Based on cabin availability at the time of booking. Offer is only available on voyages with existing charter flight and hotel packages. Combinable with all in-market promotional offers, including onboard offers and past passenger benefits. Not applicable to adventure options, additional hotel accommodations, pre/post tours, insurance, flights, or group bookings. Quark Expeditions has the right to limit, change, or discontinue promotion at any time without notice. No cash value. Name changes are not allowed.  

Priority Pass Offer Terms and Conditions: 

1. Promoter’s Details: Quark Expeditions, Inc., a company registered in the State of Delaware, whose registered office is at Corporation Trust Center, 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware, 19801, USA (“Quark”).  

2. Promotion: For all bookings which are made for any of Quark’s Arctic 2025 Expeditions and/or Quark’s Antarctic 2025/2026 Expeditions (“Expeditions”) as advertised on its website and/or in its brochures, Quark shall provide a one (1) 12-month membership to Priority Pass (“Membership”) and two (2) complimentary airport lounge visits, per person, on the Quark booking (each, a “Promotion”). This Promotion is limited to bookings which are made for the Expeditions between January 6^th, 2025 and March 31^st, 2025 (inclusive) and is not valid for bookings which are made outside of this time. This includes, without limitation, any bookings which are made before then and are cancelled and then rebooked using the Promocode (as defined below). In such circumstances you will not be permitted to benefit from this Promotion. Bookings which are made with travel agents or advisors will be eligible for this Promotion. 

3. Approximately 30 days before the departure date of your booked expedition subject to the Promotion, the lead passenger shall be emailed with a unique voucher code to activate their Membership. The Membership shall be valid for 12 months from the date of its activation and must be redeemed at www.prioritypass.com/quarkexpeditions. The activation of the Membership is subject to any terms and conditions of Priority Pass relating to its memberships. 

4. The 2 complimentary airport lounge visits which are included in the Promotion are subject to availability and must be completed (and booked as applicable) during the validity of the Membership. All other additional lounge visits are subject to availability and must be booked with Priority Pass directly at www.prioritypass.com in accordance with Priority Passes prevailing fees.  

5. Quark does not operate, or have any control over, Priority Pass lounges and cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury that occurs in a Priority Pass lounge for any reason whatsoever. By activating the Membership and entering any of the lounges you do so at your own risk and agree to abide by and be subject to Priority Pass’ conditions of use which can be found at https://prioritypass.com/conditions-of-use (as may be amended from time to time). 

6. For the avoidance of doubt you are solely responsible for all additional costs and expenses associated with the Promotion and/or the Membership which are not stated in these terms and conditions.  

7. This offer is combinable with other Quark offers, including loyalty discounts. 

8. The Promotion is not transferrable, there is no cash alternative, and no correspondence will be entered into. You are not allowed to sell, transfer or auction the Promotion or your Membership on to any third party.  

9. Quark reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Promotion for any reason, extend or resume the date period, or change or withdraw the Promotion at any time without giving advance notice and will do so if an event occurs that renders the Promotion itself or the awarding of the Memberships impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Quark (including without limitation reasons which are unforeseeable by Quark at the time of running the Promotion) or if it cannot be guaranteed that the Promotion can be carried out fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons and you agree that no liability shall attach to Quark as a result thereof. 

10. QUARK HAS ARRANGED THIS PROMOTION IN GOOD FAITH BUT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, COSTS, LOSSES, DAMAGES, EXPENSES OR LIABILITIES, OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION OR WITH THE ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE OF THE PROMOTION OR ACCESS OF ANY AIRPORT LOUNGES.  

11. BY MAKING USE OF THE PROMOTION AND ANY MEMBERSHIP, YOU AGREE THAT YOU SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL CONDITIONS STATED IN THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ALONG WITH PRIORITY PASSES’ TERMS AND CONDITIONS. YOU ALSO AGREE TO RELEASE QUARK AND ITS EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS AND/OR REPRESENTATIVES (“RELEASED PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROMOTION AND YOUR PARTICIPATION THEREIN AND USE OF ANY MEMBERSHIPS AND TO INDEMNIFY THE RELEASED PARTIES AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, AND EXPENSES ARISING FROM YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROMOTION AND/OR YOUR USE OF THE MEMBERSHIP.  
    
12. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these terms and conditions in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the domestic laws of the State of Delaware and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other jurisdiction’s laws.  The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware in any action to enforce (or otherwise relating to) these terms and conditions or relating to this Promotion.
