Our AntARTica video contest (typo intended) concluded last week, and we’re now ready to announce the winner!
We saw many fabulous video submissions in this contest, and a huge amount of interest from past and future passengers alike. All together, our 10 finalists received over 1500 votes, and the competition between them was fierce.
We loved each and every video we received, and are grateful to everyone who poured their heart and souls into telling us how their Antarctic voyage affected them. Ultimately, though, there could only be one winner.
Sara Daruvala, of British Columbia, Canada, brought home the victory with a stunning entry that captured the beauty and serenity of the polar regions. You can view Sara’s winning entry at the bottom of this post, but first let us also share this video from Sara, describing what the win means to her.
Sara and her brother will be taking advantage of her prize to visit East Greenland this August, and have already decided to get a ticket for their other brother as well.
You can see her winning entry here.
