About Roswitha Mueller
With 3 decades in the food and beverage industry, Roswitha has worked in some of the most difficult hotel operations in extreme and remote areas, such as on the Russian icebreakers Kapitan Khlebnikov in the Arctic and Kapitan Dranitsyn in the High Arctic. She completed her hospitality training in Germany and worked in 5-star hotels in different parts of Austria and Switzerland, including Lech Zürs am Arlberg, Kitzbühel, Zermatt and Locarno. Recently, she held the position of hotel manager.
Her first ship was Costa Crociere, sailing from Genoa, Italy, on a world cruise.
For the past 8 years, Roswitha has been living in Perth, Australia, where she works and continues pursuing her studies.
