Linda Hronn Björgvinsdóttir

Cultural Educator

Linda developed a lifelong love for the outdoors through childhood camping trips, hiking, and highland summer skiing in Iceland, where she was born and raised. This passion for adventure eventually led her to backpack around the world and work as a flight attendant. She has also lived in Austria, where she worked as a ski instructor over the course of several winters, and spent eight years in Copenhagen earning a master’s degree in International Leadership and Management while working for one of the world’s largest shipping companies and growing her family.

Combining her academic background with a bachelor’s degree in tourism, Linda has built a diverse career in corporate roles, including airline regional manager, tourism marketing manager and IT project manager, while also certifying as a professional mountaineering guide and park ranger.

Driven by a constant curiosity to keep learning and exploring, Linda channels this energy directly into her work and life, while injecting a healthy dose of Icelandic humor into the daily adventure. Linda loves watching polar guests slow down in nature, encouraging them to step away from distractions and take in the moment.
